If you change your mind shortly after subscribing, you may request a full refund when all of the following apply:

• You contact us within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
• You have not used the prediction feature during that period (we track usage to keep things fair for everyone).
• The purchase was your first subscription for that account—renewals are not eligible for refund.
• You have not already received a refund under this guarantee (one per customer).

2. When We Can't Offer a Refund

We're unable to process refunds in these situations:

• After you've used the predictor: Once you've generated any prediction, we can't offer a refund for that subscription period.
• Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
• Cryptocurrency: Crypto payments can't be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain, so we can't refund them.
• After 7 days: The guarantee only applies within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
• Previous refund: If you've already received a refund under this policy, we can't process another.
• Fraud or abuse: We may decline or take action on requests we believe are fraudulent or abusive.

3. How to Request a Refund

We'll review your request and, if it qualifies, process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (card only; crypto cannot be refunded).

Refunds aren't available when: you've already used the predictor, you're asking about a renewal, you paid with crypto, it's been more than 7 days, you've had a refund before, or you've disputed the charge with your bank instead of contacting us. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer after using the service, our Terms of Service treat that as a breach (e.g., we may close your account and seek recovery of the amount plus a processing fee).
